this is a cool video. lots of genuinely good vernacular jazz dance, with a funky twist on the music. and damn i think if the music was muted during their tap segment, they'd actually be tapping correctly, it was obvious those guys both definitely know how to do that. i still prefer vintage music to this kind of vintage dancing, but this is a unique variation on it.
And if the band that made the song is reading this..would love to hear more like this. Heard this twice and went off and bought it and I never do that. Amazing song!
wooow Awesome!! What I really like is that they dance with a different gender for a change! That was great and fun with alot of variation! (is this Russian sytycd or Serbian/Bulgarian etc etc. Cant really tell the difference between the scripts?)
The shorter guy is Alexander, he's a professional tap dancer. And the taller guy is Sasha (which is a shortened name for Alexander as well) and he's a hip hop and contemporary dancer.
Now that... is dancing! haha

Haha that's right, I saw some more videos like this later. I usually don't follow sytycd, but I will now so I wont make any stupid comments anymore..

yeah, I spent the last few hours doing research. I also learned that Sasha is spelled something like Dawa ;)
Who were the choreographer(s), you know?
SummerSolsticeGirl 2 years ago
and by Dawa I mean Cawa :P
SummerSolsticeGirl 2 years ago
Yeah, it's Саша.
I'm not sure about the choreographers... I believe they are Taras Melnyk and Larysa Glikina (Тарас Мельник и Лариса Гликина).
