All Infinity Ward had to do was tweak OMA and Scavenger so that grenade launchers aren't affected, And tweak/remove Danger Close (since they made it increase explosive damage to 45% instead of 25% like in previous CoD games). But no. Of course not. Instead, nearly six months later, they release a patch fixing some dumb rock glitch on Fuel. Hell, Robert Bowling said on Twitter that Infinity Ward could NOT fix OMA or anything perk-wise in MW2.
