Anti-terror SpecOps always were too elitist so they master something what they like (jiu-jitsu, sambo, karate... ). GRUs long-range recons (in 80s were that SpetsNaz you have seen in Rambo movies) in many aspects are like Airborne except their missions are different. Interior forces Spetsnaz ("red berets") also fights unarmed like Airborne. As far as I know systema never was taken serious.
