brandon2232 is correct. the sound you used in your clip is from mgs2. you can tell by the lower tone of the instruments as opposed to the mgs1 game over sfx.
There are actually two different game over tunes that are played on MGS2. The one played here is on Snake's scenario, it's a different version of then MGS1 game over music that is played during the time you play as Snake. The other one (the more familiar one and the one I wish SOMEONE had just the music of without the voices) is for Raiden once the Big Shell stuff begins. Arsenal's Guts on the MGS2 Other Side CD has what sounds like it playing in the background halfway though.

MGS3 than MGS1 than MGS 2 than MGS Rising (u must rescue sunny) and than MGS4
