@ImmortalHDFilms you need bookcases surrounding your enchantment table by a x1 radius if you put one onto of one that is one bock away it will work :) you need two diamonds some obsidian and make the glass on the roof of your sugarcane higher so it can grow more

Immortal ill make this extremely simple of how to enchant items.

When you make an enchantment table put a weapon/armor in the slot on the left.

You will see 3 things pop up to the right. Under this weird language is a number. The number represents how many levels you will use to enchant the item. Ex: if your lv14 and click one that has the number 3 you will become Lv11. You just have to get lucky because its in some weird language thing so yea. good luck to ya
