No pros and cons
Pro : music, dancing, fun, socialising with friends, finding someone to make out with or pull
Con : Alcohol depending on music scene variosu drugs. Also dep on music scene possible drunken chavs and gang thugs.
Now here's the smart bit
If you close down the bar, no alcohol, this should eliminate fights as would have it full of families. This also means no drugs and no gangs.
This leaves safe dance & fun.

@donnaanddavidx3 There used to be a nightclub night called Whirlygig. Like a festival only as no alcohol bar and responsible crowd it was fairly ok (and official policy) to bring kids. withbaloons and big infaltable balls and music the kids were having lots of fun dancing. Much like Noah is here.
You just need to emininate any hazards and lower the music volumen and you have the equiv of a church hall wedding minus the pervy priests.

They have under 18s nightclub nights, I was clubbing from 16 and you caoulsd have pre teens nights woith good secuirty and parents. A lot safer than a wedding reception

If I was her and MY parents saw her behavior happening, they'd drag my butt out of LA straight back to where I came from. I believe that they could've been raised better; with better role models and more dicipline. But who knows! Maybe Noah will end up better.
