@34SkiLLz14Luck Its called a rev limiter.. It is there to stop the engine from over revving.. Therefore limiter bashing like this, doesn't really affect the engine too badly

@sladey121 Rev limiter uses Fuel or spark cut, this is doing damage after constant rev limiter smashing. Also, with such high revs and poor air flow going through the radiator and intercooler, who knows how hot this thing got, and how hot his intake temps were. 10 degree's different in a highly modded car can be the difference between running too lean, or running to rich. Thus - destroying the engine prematurely

@34SkiLLz14Luck He is only doing this for like 40-45 secs? That is not enough time for a highly modified engine to detonate. If he has built it properly, he would've built up the cooling system aswell. Yes, running lean will cause detonation and hurt the engine, but running rich will just make very unstable through out the revs, not causing damage.
