  • I love this song, I'm 18 and as a kid my dad used to keep playing this song in the car, when i fount out one of my favourite bands pearl jam covered it I was like OMG!!!, THANKS FOR UPLOADING THIS DUDE.

  • Saw them both at PJ 20!!! AWESOME!

  • Liam Finn is CRAZY!!!

  • @Minnow8 This is the first time I have ever see Liam on stage. Memorable, to say the least!

  • Love how much Eddie Vedder gets Split Enz, he performs Take a Walk even better than Neil Finn. This is magic, pure respect across the stage

  • Liam Finn - hilarious

  • Is that Kyle Sandilands singing back up with Eddie?

  • 2:42 Eddie thought he was getting it from Liam

  • love how hes growing his hair a bit long again....suits his style

  • @whowanger which one

Would not usualy use 'rocking out' and 'tamborine' in the same sentance...but hey, I stand corrected!!

  • This for me is amazing. Neil Finn is without doubt one of the finest singer songwriters in the World..and my favourite, and Vedder is without doubt the greatest Rock an Roll singer on the planet today ... it just doesnt get any better.

  • i was at this gig and this particular song was definatly a highlight with 30,000 people singing along with this NZ classic, and most of the audience proberly too young to even remember when it came out. and by the way Neil Finn is not from Christchurch, he was born in Te Awamutu.

  • liam is rockn out hard!!

  • Great cover. The band has only played it five times according to their site; I was lucky enough to get it in Pittsburgh in 2000. Would have loved to have been at this one!

  • Luv how that Liam Finn dances! He's a bit like his uncle Tim, a nutter!

  • I love this song and PJ does an amazing cover. I have this from a PJ concert in Verona, Italy (20/06/2000) and it's an even better version. Look for a copy of the concert; the whole thing is great.

    Ciao.

  • @DJJIMMYJAMBE The reason this performance is so amazing is, they are performing a classic New Zealand song, with Neil Finn (part of the band that wrote it originally) in his home town of Christchurch, New Zealand!

  • The energy is intoxicating!

  • A greatest hits concert............

  • wow you had a great spot! Did you manage to get a tambourine or pick or that bottle of wine he was drinking from lol????

  • Comment removed

  • couple a bottles maybe lmao

  • thanks heaps for sharing - is there anyway I can get a copy of this? I went to PJ in Auckland but they didn't sing this song....

  • Very nice!!

  • Awesome mate...thanks so much for sharing..!!! Gerry
