An important thing to do when you are doing this is to destroy the outside walls at the top in order to allow you a quick exit from the building once the top starts to fall or you will die. Also the jetpack is incredibly helpful to have

If you open an supply box outside of this area while having the thermobaric equiped, you can get it without having to pay for it.

whoa i was doing this terribly wrong :P i would grab the ammo from the box then climb up one floor, shoot the indesctructable things, then go up another floor and so on. I was doing it sooo wrong

Thanks for the guidance concerning how to complete this demolitions challenge. I was having trouble completing it at all, much less making the pro time.

Knocking out the ceiling ring let me make the pro time with plenty of seconds to spare.

I know an easier way: stand near the edge of the area allowed and use a thermobaric rocket or nano rifle to destroy the flower like ornament at the top so it falls down and it will crush everything in its way i did it in 14 seconds this way

well it probably took you longer,since it takes more than 14 seconds to get to the top,but yeah,that's what i did and got 01:19 as my time. it didn't take out the whole building so i just launched a thermo-rocket into the one remaining wall and it took the rest out.

gd i been trying this for prob 15 times between yesterday and this morning. All this time till I seen this video i just been going from bottom up mostly. A cpl tries ago I was 2 seconds too slow for pro time. But just now, ran to top and brought the circle orb thingy down with 5 shots and got a time of 1.02. Yea thats not luck. Thats TRIAL AND ERROR lol. Thx for the help. Gd 1minute 2 seconds awesome =D

it's a good trick and works. but it took me about ten tries for me to get 'critical'. admittedly i did get buried under the debris a few times as the stairs seemed to be always right where i didnt want them to be - in between me and my escape route.

@dslfkjasdlkj He is right, I used the same method and completed it. You can't call luck if you don't actually try it. And I have yet to find a Guerrilla Act that I can't do.

this is sort of how i did the mission where the EDF leaders have that meeting in one of the skyscrapers... just shoot the ornament down from a distance (i think i used the bridge east of the skyscrapers) and all the leaders died at once when the building collapsed =)

yes it is i constantly get the building back in one piece bye not doing anything in the demolitions master and use my for thermo....whatever rockets to take down the top and watch it all come crashing down, of course i will be in the building half the time :) but some times (even when im out of the building) giant pieces of metal fall on me :|

I have tried this method 3-4 times this exact way, no times has the building even collapsed. After I shoot the thermos I even pelt some nano-rifle rounds into the buildings and it won't fucking fall.

I managed to do it in 34 seconds by shooting the ornament with the the two rockets (one on each side). They cause enough damage that when the ornament falls, it completely wipes out the building.
