I'm so lucky to be in Portland. I get to go to all the album release parties at the Crystal Ballroom. Floater is the tightest band ever. They always sound like their albums. Rob's writing is amazing. Floater Floater Floater... I hope they never stop putting out music.
@SPARTAMERICUS I can't find the live version anywhere. My friend let me borrow the cd and i had to give it back. I don't even remember the title of that live floater album. It was burned and it could have been a bootleg. HELP!
This, in my opinion, is one of their all time best set of lyrics. It makes you think of more then just yourself. It is so much larger then the world and yet still so small. So general yet so specific. I love this group and I wish more people were down for listening. They are so much more amazing then the generic karaoke style of crap flooding our radio airwaves. Beautiful!
