BS do you really trust the government & their side of the story? If a bunch of government thugs came to my home & started shooting at my wife & kids I would return fire as well. Those 4 ATF agents got what they deserved. If they had pursued a more honorable profession instead of being government thugs they would still be alive today. Wake up & realize what's going on here. As indystang pointed out it is legal in Texas to resist excessive force. This was excessive force on the part of the ATF

It is legal in Texas to resist excessive force. Evidence (which the gov't later destroyed so that it would not be seen by jury) shows that gov't fired first shots. Oathbreakers do not care about being peace officers, they care about being unaccountable bureaucrats -- who are loyal to their agency gang, not to the Constitution.

They're responsible to the public & they lost all credibility when they used such tactics: including the use of the military against US citizens which goes against the Constitution + they covered it all up.
