@Northantrims I use Netbeans every day at work to manipulate PHP, HTML, and CSS. "It doesn't do ___" is a dangerous statement. If you had said, "It doesn't do ___ well" then maybe I'd agree with you.
@EmbraceTheThunder Few days back I attended an interview where I was asked what is the difference between method and a function. I answered both are same and the interviewer was fine with the answer he tried explaining me but I dint understand it well. You are right I got it now thanks.
....hahahahah...i dont know what do you want here!!! dont confuse other people, because someone can read your comment and think that she is not prepared as most of the uni teachers are( i m not telling that the are not good in java but for sure not in teaching)..people who come here already confuse by their teacher like me...we are here to learn and not to argue....people she is really good...dont let you make confused by some nerd comment...thanks

@Arjun007ize Uhm. NetBeans is a Java IDE. It doesn't do HTML or CSS. Check out TheNewBoston's HTML 5 tutorials.

I don't want to be rude, but... you're absolutely wrong
Functions are procedures outside of a class that can return a value.
A Method is a procedure like that of a function, but, it belongs to a class/object.
Java doesn't have functions -- everything is an object.
Therefore, it is not called function overloading in Java, it is called Method Overloading.
