This clip filmed with the original GoPro Housing. Later the housing has been modified to flat lens. The underwater footage now is perfectly clear and no blur.

The Hero camera is able to record video under water but we do not market this camera specifically for underwater use extensively as a diving camera etc.
At this time, we do not have a resolution for clearer underwater images as a remedy is presently in development.

I don't think it's a resolution or housing problem. Resolution looks almost fine to me. The blurryness could dued to a lens focus problem, either by techninal malfunction or wrong use. Why don't you check it out..
@fullgeorge It could be a housing issue, I checked out a website, eye of mind, who claimed that they have their own housing for the go pro hd which fixes the underwater blur, and they demonstrated it on thier website. It seems to work. Video does not seem to look as blured out of the water..
I'm about to buy GoPro HD for spearfishing purposes (and surfing but that's secondary). This blurry quality worries me. How can they fix that with different housing? I'm afraid it's more about the camera. Still, I'm buying it.

The recording time depends from the analysis. EG 1080p : 30fps, 12min/GB
Great! - I just water tested the GoPro Hero non HD and put up some footage. Its nice having a guncam that's so small. How you finding the crispness of the video? and How many Minutes video can you fit on the SD card?
