We have removed everything from Colin's room, his toys are rolled into his room in big bins. That way, he goes to sleep at night, can focus during our ABA or RDI time, and he can melt down and not get hurt on toys. :o) Oh and instead of hanging things on the walls, we painted them with fun stuff!
My little brother is like this. In the end, mom just got too fed up with it all and took all his stuff out of his bedroom and put it in the family room. Now she just shuts him in there to have his 'meltdowns'.
OMG I had to laugh! I thought I was the only one who had to deal with my son's room like this! The TV, I've had to take apart and fix twice due to the cord being yanked out by being pulled off his dresser, we finally put it up on the wall where he can't reach it!
haha today we had a similar situation at home =p
Godddd! give me tons of patience O_o

My son Colby has a side to him like this. He still likes to destroy the classroom at school. I understand your frustration.
