  • I heard a long time ago that the three performed this together but never got around to tracking it down on Youtube. Thanks for the post.

  • God..This is awfull.

  • IO Ceroooooooooooooooooooo..!!!!!!!! Cazzo , ho i brividi ancora

    Grazie Dio

  • they saved the Page

    really friends =)

  • If there were no image and names, all of you would say "perhaps the worst cover of Stairways to Heaven". But names are names, History are Hystory and don't let us ear with objectivity.

  • ok to be honest, its more of a historical experience then musical, i love jimmy but that stairway to heaven just didnt deserve this kind of intepretation..no offence

  • i like the little little flourish on the DM to FM7

  • @TheFORBEZZZ Flourish is the perfect way to call the shift he makes between Dm and Fm7. As if a little cherry blossom bloomed for each of his fingers on the fretboard every time he made the transition. Such grace!

That, or I'm off my meds again.

  • @pumas6100 - ...thank you..! ;)

  • this is the a.r.m.s. show back in '83, a series of shows to benefit multiple sclerosis in light of ronnie lane being diagnosed. the u.s. shows were in nyc at the garden & in san francisco. it was historic in bringing the 3 onstage together, though many others played as well, the pairing of paul rodgers with page leading to their supergroup the firm.

also as a result of the shows, bill wyman put together the willy & the poorboys album & documentary with page on lead & proceeds going to m.s.

  • What the fuck! so what year is it please?!

  • @hamsarecords - ... I think it was 1983

  • exelente

  • @larrearock - ... thank you ;)

  • Wow! And to think that such priceless videos are available for the whole world to watch - the present generation has no idea how lucky it is. As recently as 15 years back, we would have to struggle so hard to view such clips anywhere.

  • @GCLwins - ...yep - thx ;)

  • Ich finde es so stark und wunderschön !

    Liebe Grüße von

    Marie

  • i love that cigarette,he probably drinks and 56$%"# too.

  • (im 16 and been playing since I was 5) and I gotta say, though I missed the whole 80's era by 5 years. I prefer to listen to music from then opposed to now :D. JIMMY PAGE FOREVER!!!!!

  • @Echoofsilence100 - You're on the right track...;))

  • @Echoofsilence100 Haha, this song is from '72 buddy.

  • Page will rock till he dies man! My favourite guitarist and my major influence :D

  • @Echoofsilence100 - Page, Clapton, Beck - they rocks together ;))

  • 5:49, am I late?!

  • If there's a bustle in your hedgerow... then, you know, that's the Satanic part of the song... so, like, skip over it, or something...

  • GODS! THEY ARE ALL GODS!!!

  • @Breakx22 - ..... and will never die !

  • well..it was and is jimmys show..i thoguht it was awesome the way eric and jeff just looked in the background ..at times amazed..this was great

  • @wzjpkp - thx..;)

  • very rare to see Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton together. does anybody know why??

  • @zzy66613 - "New Yardbirds" -- "Yardbirds" -- "Led Zeppelin" -- "The Firm" and

from 1980 he played alone and with different partners...

  • @satin123 i know. i mean, in crossroads guitar fest, clapton play with so many musicians include Jeff Beck. but, i never see Jimmy Page there....

  • @zzy66613 - ...I understand your question but I don't know why..;)

  • @satin123 Cause Page would just embrass him

  • @MrShway88 - thx..;)

  • @satin123 Learn about rock story. Those 3 guys were friends before the Yardbirds. And the Yardbirds became New Yardbirds because of the other members of the band. They don't play together because you aren't aloud to be better than god.

  • @zzy66613 ask yourself how many licks it takes to get to the center of a totsie role totsie pop

  • @zzy66613 All I know is that Clapton never cared for Zeppelin.

  • got to admit, a little bit disappointed, there was three guitarists, but only one of them really got to show their talent, and he's played the fucking song probley about a thousand times or more before!

  • WISH I WAS THERE..:) :) :)

  • @classicballer12 - ..me too - thx and greetings Peter ;)

  • @classicballer12 I wish i was him.

  • Wow! I've never heard that version before. I gotta admit, even though I'm a fairweather LZ fan, Stairway isn't one of my favorites from them and I honestly don't know why. But, this version was fantastic!
