I am an orthodox Jew and I was never taught to hate other religions. In fact I love people of other religions because half my distant family is Catholic (since my dad converted). Sure Hitler killed Jews because he was an insane extremist. I 100% agree that religion is an excuse for hatred but its not the religion itself that does it. It is insane extremists such as Hitler, Osama bin laden, etc. If religion didn't exist they'd just find another excuse to kill because that is they way they are.

Saying that religion wasn't to blame for the 9/11 attacks is like saying Hitler wasn't to blame for the Holocaust. After all, Hitler didn't kill anyone directly, did he?

I don't respect religions because of their lack of truth, not just because of their lack of a moral compass.

These are only verses that advocate holy war. Plenty of other verses promote hatred and violence of different degrees and contexts.
