The english-american language does in fact fail in this aspect, seeing as "watching live footage" doesn't necessarily have to mean "watching an instantaneous, raw and unedited stream of video", but can also refer to footage taken on scene wich is then re-broadcasted at a later stage.

I was watching this unfold at the hotel I worked at on that day, and don't remember seeing footage of the first crash until after the second crash happened live on the news. This doesn't mean some news broadcasts didn't show it earlier, but Cincinatti stations did not. He very well could have seen a pre-recorded clip of it, perhaps not, but I don't think we will ever truly know exactly what he meant- whether he meant "live" in the literal sense or not.

The speaker might be telling a truth with modification, as I've been told by my american friends that they've never seen the footage of the first plane hitting WTC. It did however get broadcasted in swedish national television shortly after the crash.

If you listen closely he says he walked into a classroom where he saw the "first plane hit into the tower on a television thingy". So it's more then likely that the feed was sent to him, and the screen was an actual computer with network technology. That video was shown so frequently AFTER the event that he could have come to believe that he'd seen it live. @Jethu262 He never said that he was looking at footage showing the plane hit in the exact same moment it did. He does however mention that he was watching footage of the incident. The english-american language does in fact fail in this aspect, seeing as "watching live footage" doesn't necessarily have to mean "watching an instantaneous, raw and unedited stream of video", but can also refer to footage taken on scene wich is then re-broadcasted at a later stage.

I was watching this unfold at the hotel I worked at on that day, and don't remember seeing footage of the first crash until after the second crash happened live on the news. This doesn't mean some news broadcasts didn't show it earlier, but Cincinatti stations did not. He very well could have seen a pre-recorded clip of it, perhaps not, but I don't think we will ever truly know exactly what he meant- whether he meant "live" in the literal sense or not.

The speaker might be telling a truth with modification, as I've been told by my american friends that they've never seen the footage of the first plane hitting WTC. It did however get broadcasted in swedish national television shortly after the crash.

A real and robust investigation should be launched to investigate what happened on the day of September11, 2001 . There are so many contradictions from the US Administration and this makes the Administration version of events a real joke to say the least.

I'm saying this neither in support of "Bush knew" nor "Bush didn't know".... But, almost always, the simplest answer is the correct answer. Convoluted, complicated theories almost always are proven wrong by the most simple and uncomplicated explanation that almost NONE of the conspiracy theorists thought of. No one said "maybe it IS this simple?"
PERFECT EXAMPLE: Watch "The Umbrella Man" by Errol Morris... it's a good, short documentary showing how reality is never what people think it is.
