Sebaceous cysts and encapsulated scar tissue are two different things. One is a hellacious infection of the hair follicle and the other sounds more like what you had. A build up of scar tissue.

@ccartersmith - Healed fine. I actually played hockey the week after with stitches still in my head. (wish i got that on tape.) I put little wash clothes over my stitches and wrapped my head in an old nine inch nails shirt and then put the helmet on top. We won the game and right in the last few seconds, i took a shot a pretty good shot to the head. All my team mates and everybody just kinda went quiet and starred for a couple of seconds, but then i got up and everything was cool.

@AQWGrandXHealer - I had 2 zannex and several local injections. It didn't really hurt. The drugs helped. I could mainly feel pinching here and there and pressure. The doctor was also very good and knew that I was a wuss with needles and blood.
