  • They have actually tried to FORCE refunds on customer for past due merchandise if they decide they don't want to do your computer build. Greg, the General Manager has been rude nnd dismissive despite not meeting a certain customer. Sean Lance, the customer service manager, goes behind your back to speak badly about you with Greg and often causes trouble for the best tech there. Avoid taking your custom build there. Sean has been dismissive and rushed on the phone because he has biz clients.

  • Microcenter in Tustin has terrible customer service. They hardly answer the phone and Ellen the receptionist is rude when she's busy or if she's either been reading notes about you or heard gossip about you.

  • @ginablackhawk kind of weird how you have descriptions of every worker there...

  • @laserjik That's your opinion, but it's TRUE & not "weird" as you say and NOT "every worker there" is described. Just a few problematic ones. After all, they keep records on customers, so they have all this personal information on you but you don't really have any one them. I've read quite a few complaints online about the bad apples there in Tustin which fail or fear to use names. Do not bother if met with resistance, just call the corporate office to get help with professionalism.

  • they have good deals on core i7, compared to ebay and newegg that sell almost original price, too bad they dont have locations close toom, the closest is still 1 hour 30 min away
