Franco died in 75, two generations have come and gone. Spain has been living under a democracy since then and the Basque Country is the most devoluted region in the entire Europe (way more than Northern Ireland, which pro-ETA & independence always use as an example).

Me and a huge majority of Spaniards say 'fuck' to anyone who hails Franco as nothing but a silly coot. And if that is the case, as it's only too obvious to see, I can only but wonder why Franco is still used as #1demanding more devolution and exclusion of Basques who feel Spanish too.
