Though we didn't hear her singing, she actually was (not lip-syncing). It wasn't her fault something went wrong.

This is literally the only time she has ever lip-synced in her whole career and the only reason is because this was the very first night of The Monster Ball (2nd leg) and there was a technical problem and the track wasn't playing. She was left onstage for about a minute with her dancers waiting for the song to start so they had to do something so they just played the regular track and she danced along. It wasn't her fault and she ALWAYS sung this live on The Monster Ball!

Don't care if she was using playback or lipsyncing here. Gaga sings live almost every single time, and she's gotta have a vocal break at some point :D Plus, her voice is amazing no matter what!

On another note...the Fame hairstyle returns! I was beginning to miss the white wigs ^_^ And I love the suit. Has a very...Tim Burton feel to it :)

you should all understand that performing for a long period of time is very frustrating.....the performer has to rest his/her voice.

even Michael Jackson lip sync some part of his song...if you only know how tiresome to sing and dance at the same time...that's why they do this.
