@salvador581 I replaced the balance bar. i know if you can fix it, it's better and cheaper but i get frustrated and just order the balance bar since it's cheap. if it's stuck or won't move, can you cut it lose without damaging other parts?
i am soo frustrated with this heli, when i press the left trim, it would stay stable for sometime but then it would start going anticlockwise so i press right trim and it would start going clockwise...its soo frustrating, i cant get an equilibrium . I have even found that my lower blade stops before my upper blade.
so far (knock on wood) i haven't had that problem (so far). of course anything can happen. i was lucky enough to get a good one. of course i had one that kept coming towards my face. needless to say it's on a shelf.

@LegittGod39 about 12 inches long. i've had it to the top of the ceilings in gyms, no problem. it is a very stable flying 3 channel heli.
