I have a question.

I got a Canon 7D which has built in wireless flash trigger. I've shot two weddings last year but I used the 580 on board, bouncing. Does the built in wireless work fine outdoors ? Why pro's use Pocket Wizards so much??

Do I need a Pocket Wizard system?

@florinmldvn82ro Late to the party, but the Canon’s wireless system uses light pulses to communicate. This can be washed out with sunlight or items between the camera and flash can obscure the signals. At the end of the day, if it works for you then go for it!

Use lots of light, small aperures, and manual focus.

@mysticalelement Since nobody answered - he says during the video that he has a spot on the floor and a narrow aperture.  This gives him enough DoF not to worry about focus too much, and there is enough light to make this possible.
