hey really helpful video, question i used to box as an amateur was in great shape with my cardio stopped training completely for around a year and am in terrible condition, i have put a lot of weight on i want to get back into shape but want to keep the weight i have put on, u got any tips where to start im not familiar with the weightlifting scene i know how to loose the weight but then i will become too skinny if i do it my way.
I have started taking hydroxycut after about 4 months of a steady workout routine and healthier eating. I agree with what you say how hydroxycut supplements your workout routine, but I did find that not only does it motivate me more but it magnifies my results. I did not change my diet significantly nor my workout routine, and I appear to be losing more fat than I was without it. This is just my personal experience and I will be posting a video in the future regarding this.

Don't misunderstand, I like thermogenics, I just know that for most folks, if you do not have your nutrition and/or your training in order, they will just be a waste of money. Let's not forget that if you pay for them, you may be a bit more motivated to stay on the right track as well...to ensure they help your efforts- this is a big factor for alot of people, just like paying for a trainer, you want the most out of it, so put more into it.
..... i ben taking twice .... the first time the i take it was like year ago n realy work for me i just taking the pill correctly n eat healty.... afther a year im tinking abouth to take againg but i realize the is dont gone work by them self ... so my question is .... did i should taking againg n do the same thing the i did last year (eat healty n work out ) or i just stop it because i just dont want to have a hugh body i want to be slim or rip a least thanks
@MrYousefs - Smart, your plan sounds better. They only assist if your training and nutrition are in order first. I take them just for a mental boost every now and then, much like a stronger cup of coffee.
Thanks for the video! I'm thinking of taking Hydroxycut for the first time.. I realize that I need to be active, exercise to help burn more calories.. I was wondering if taking whey protein PLUS Hydroxycut, along with lean, diet.. I would lose the weight a lot faster ..? thx

@Dantedijon Hey man... check out twinmuscleworkout (copy and paste). They helped me get out of a plateau and gave some good honest advice. They really motivated me and helped me build some good muscle.
