Rather than turn their profits into dividends which will be taxed away they will find it more useful to put their money into tax deductible expansions.

Thanks to liberal policy the world economy is crashing. We must do two things to stop the meltdown NOW!!! Firstly, we need to raise all payroll taxes 10% for one year. We also need to stop (right now) wasteful handout programs like medicare, social security, unemployment,, etc. and lower the minimum wage to $2/hr so we can compete with China. Rather than turn their profits into dividends which will be taxed away they will find it more useful to put their money into tax deductible expansions.
A single dollar released into the economy in reality represents 20 dollars released into the economy because that one dollar will be spend 20 times over the course of a year.

The issue with this isn't necessarily who to tax, but the fact that corporations can now buy politicians to push their agendas is the REAL issue. That's the only reason the Tea Party even exists, or why the government in Washington is completely gridlocked.

Corporations are people, When you buy something at walmart money goes to the corporation when they make a profit it goes to the shareholder and the board of directors pockets. How stupid is this uploader? The money just doesn't sit with corporation forever. When you raise the taxes on a corporation; they in turn, raise their prices. So, it's the little guy that pays the higher price. Just look at the cigarette lawsuits. When the tobacco companies lost, they just raised the prices to make it up.

He is right. Corporations are people. Most corporations are mom and pop operations. But all too often they are people who obtain special privileges from congress in return for campaign contributions and other bribes.
Nevertheless, the answer is not to tax corporations more. The answer is to toss out politicians like Mittens (or in his case, not toss them in). The People (you and I) pay the corporate taxes through higher retail prices and smaller returns on our retirement investments.

The Mega Corporations are owned by investors (People) from all walks of life. They pay these investors dividends based on the ammt of stock they own and the ammt of profit they made. PEOPLE own these corporations, not just Billionaires...and the billionaires don't have a ton of cash...thats their net value....and even that isn't a true picture of their worth. Donald Trump owns valuable real estate but thats not cash...3 hotels wortha billion isnt cash.

That goes for any American citizen....take the proff to your local State Atty or Federal Court. BTW. making a profit is legal...as long as you follow the law.

Romney balanced the budget in MA in part by closing tax loopholes (rather than raising tax rates) on corporations. Though they represent people, they still carry some responsibility for the tax burden to Romney.
