  • Well, its not only for Malaysians, anybody and everybody can come and visit and do retreat.

  • To me, it sounds like an extension of Gaden in Malaysia. How fortunate the Malaysians are to have Tsem Tulku Rinpoche and also the future retreat centre.

  • I think thats why Tsem Tulku Rinpoche was sent by his Gurus to Malaysia, because they know Tsem Tulku Rinpoches potential. And now Tsem Tulku Rinpoche wants to build a huge retreat centre on a huge piece of land, dedicated to promote Lord Tsongkhapas teachings and practice

  • But Tsem Tulku Rinpoche benefits more people through teaching the Dharma, we can see from Rinpoches success in Malaysia establishing Kechara and the 12 departments, that includes a publishing house, soup kitchen, 5 Dharma stores, a vegetarian restaurant, the very famous Dharma centre Kechara House

  • BIG sacrifice indeed. If you hear what Kensur Rinpoche said, Tsem Tulku Rinpoche was always in meditation. Tsem Tulku Rinpoches biggest wish was always to meditate in the mountains.

  • Tsem Tulku Rinpoche had to give up Gaden to teach Dharma in Malaysia. What a great personal sacrifice to go to a foreign land and to establish himself, and set up Dharma centre, and to teach in a country where theres no mass Buddhist consciousness.

  • It must be wonderful living in Gaden Monastery, with so many great masters. No wonder Tsem Tulku Rinpoche always talks about how great living in Gaden was.

  • Looks like the Gaden monks are up to date of what Tsem Tulku Rinpoche is doing in Malaysia H.E.s projects, Dharma Centre, although Rinpoche doesnt go back to Gaden that often.

  • What a great advice to always think of others

  • How nice to see the video of the ex-abbot of Gaden Shartse monastery. Gaden is one of the 3 great Gelug monastic universities in Tibet that produces mana great masters and scholars.

  • Ven. Kating Rinpoche, a good friend of H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche was there in Gaden Monastery to help translate as well. Ven. Kating Rinpoche has been helping in the Kechara office in Gaden Monastery.

  • @reneetcs What does the Kechara office do in Gaden Monastery?

  • @cokeismyit Kechara office is a liaising office for all matters related to Kechara/ H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche. For example, arrangement of offerings or pujas to be done in Gaden Monastery from Kechara, correspondences, and so on.

  • @reneetcs Wow, I didn't know that Kechara has an office in Gaden Monastery. Kechara must be a very active in helping the monastery to deserve an office!

  • How kind H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche is. Although he's faraway from the monastery, H.E still think about the welfare of the monks always - check out the items being offered in the beginning of this video!

  • H.E. Kensur Konchok Tsering Rinpoche is among the senior lamas of Gaden that are very highly sought after for their teachings. These great lamas speaks so fondly of H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche and the charity works that Tsem Rinpoche has done for the monastery.

  • I've seen another video showing this ex-abbot giving a traditional Manjushri initiation in Gaden Shartse. Thank you for posting these great videos of Gaden Monastery.
