Does anybody feel like Rosalina's mother is NOT dead? Super Mario Galaxy 3 might unravel that. After all, time can be rewritten. It is all wibbly-wobbly, as the Doctor said.
The only thing in a Mario game that has EVER made me cry. Mario games usually are so lacking any semblance of emotional connection that this was a refreshing thing.
Its wierd. In the storybook I feel if Rosolina straight out said "My mother is dead!" It wouldn't be as sad. I feel that since she said "Shes sleeping under that tree!" its even more sad. Its like she dosn't understand what "Death" is. Whenever I close my eyes and listen to this OST I always imagine a girl kneeling down at a huge oak tree with a single flower in her hand saying stuff like "No matter how many flowers I give my mother...She won't ever wake up! Never! She will always...Sleep..."

awwwwwww i cried at Rosalina's story. Being such a young girl, traveling the galaxies with only a Luma looking for it's mama and Rosalina's family being dead years after *breaks down crying*
