  • Sorry, I don`t want to be rude, I mean, God bless you and everything, but you did just make me laugh.

On a more serious note, put some weed fabric under there maybe. Good luck

  • Where is the update???

  • I might be wrong but I believe that after treated wood has sat in the weather for years the treatment that can leach of has leached off and very little leaks out. But I can't die young any more. Obama care will soon want to kill me.

  • I WAS BORN APR 30th!!!!!!!!!!

  • HA! I too just got into gardening. I think it's a good idea to grow our own food.

  • @themightyscythe Bovines in the wild also have short lifespans, starve, die of disease and are killed by predators. Its hard all around.

  • ok, nice use of recycled materials

  • kevin from survivalistboards is awesome!

  • here in the west u.s., coyotl and badger have been hunting buddies for thousands of years. badger digs in ground squirrel hole and coyotl waits at the other end. usually they take turns. now the badgers are gone so coyotl hunts alone. send us some badgers. in fact, send some goodgers too

  • Agreed, I don't like rats, but I love badgers lol. Yes,the badgers get tb because they are numerous, but they are numerous AND in contact with cattle which are really not meant to be raised in the numbers and conditions that humans keep (assigning value again sigh) them in. Really, its all become far too difficult for simple acceptance of animals doing what animals were just going to do.

  • Isn't referring to their means of sustenance , likewise referring to the spread of bovine TB (admit it, they did not choose to contract and carry it), as "damaging" akin to labeling them as "bad"? When humans begin to place value on one species (sweet corn, cattle, etc), over another (badger, raven etc), i.e a perception of worth, it may be unintentional, but an association of good / bad is established. Just food for thought.

  • Badgers rock, cut them some slack.

  • yea i just hate wasting something when its right there.

  • I hope you're not using any treated wood...

you don't want that leaching into your soil and plants

  • sweet video man... im gonna watch the next parts now... be nice to see how it evolves

  • Good to see... and good luck!

  • Thank you!

  • good luck jeff and congrats beating me in the survivalist race

  • haha, thanks man, its never to late to start a garden, even a small container garden works! It doesn't have to be a big thing as you cna see here...

  • Get some peas going! Whoo!

  • I am still thinking of what to plant, but peas sound good! I definatly want cherry rio grape tomatoes...and maybe some cucumber? I gotta grwo some hot peppers, I am a heat freak, lol...

  • Your gunna try and grow all that in those small boxes? cucumers are amazing!

  • Looks good.

  • looks good

  • Thanks!

  • Hey man, i had no clue you lived in Pa. Best of luck with the garden.

  • Thanks man! Ill put ut soem new vids on it as I progress...

  • awesome, once again best of luck.

  • Holy Crap! your In Nepa To?

  • If that stands for north east PA, yeah, lol, I live in the poconos...But I have only been here the last 2 years, I grew up and lived in New Jersey all of my life, north Jersey...

  • What! No way,I Live In The Pocono's to. I Graduated North Pocono High school in 2003.

  • Really? I graduated In Jersey in 03' !!! So we are the same age...roughly, lol and now live close...small world...

  • Yep yep,I Like it up here,it's nice.

  • Yeah, I love nature, and we have alot of nature around us, but its still convienant with the stores...there is alot of state land where we are that can never be touched, which is nice...lots of wildlife too!

  • Ya,We Have Bears That Come Up to our house and take our garbage cans down the back. They dont just come out at night,I seen bears cross the main road in the afternoon. That's why I Carry a Gun lol. Never Know when One's going to come out.

  • True, its funny, I have bear here where I live now, but I onyl see one once in a while, they walk around all the time, but usually at night...But when I lived in New Jersey we had much more of a bear problem because they were not affriad of people that much, and they loved to get into the garbages around my neighborhood...

  • Ya,I Had To chain our Garbage can to a tree =P. I Was sick of picking up the garbage

  • haha, I can imagine! Because of the bear, we (where I live) have to have lids on our garbage if you leave it out to be picked up otherwise you cna be fined, not that a lid will keep them out, lol, but its just a rule...But I live in a gated community and we have a garbage dump where we can just bring our garbage to instead of waiting for pick up day...

  • The Garbage people Wont take Our garbage if it's in a can,We have To buy stickers for each bag, they're pretty expensive to.

  • wow, thats crazy, the exact opposite...But it makes sense your way since the garbage men can just zip by and load the bags instead of having to mess with the cans, and plsu when people stuff the cans full with multiple bags it just makes everything harder, not to mention the cans blow around and end up in the street too...

  • @FabioCrow07770

here in houston, texas we have city-provided garbage cans the garbage trucks pick up with a robotic arm. No one ever has to get out of a the truck (unless there's a serious problem) and animals can't get in the cans/bags and make a mess of the neighborhood.

  • First view! looks cool jeff

  • Thanks man...Yeah, just nice to have fresh veggies for the summer...Well see how it turns out...
