One recommendation: The camera shakiness (from pressing the record button) could be eliminated by not actually pressing the button. What I mean is that if you just put the camera on continuous record and then simply step out the frame every time you complete a piece, you could cut up the video in an editor and put them all next to each other.

The video was done with a digital SLR with a remote shutter switch. The shakiness, mostly, is caused by the auto focus movement. I should have switched it over to manual, lesson learned.  Thanks.
