Ruger M77 Mark II Overview

I originally wanted a Browning A-bolt but those really take a bite out of your wallet. Hopw much wold this go for? brand new. I want a good gun for my first deer rifle. So how much would this rifle be how long would it last and a box of ammo (QT would be nice i only know .22 box sizes) thanks

His comment about people buying and never trading this is so true. I've been looking for a deal on a used for for months, been to several large gun shows that have over a thousand dealers and I've not been able to find any used. I finally bit the bullet and spent the money to order a new new one.

i would have to disagree, the tag safety is probably better than the three position in the average opinion, although you do need to be more careful with it.

I have the m77 mark ll chambered in 7mm remington magnum and also in .257 roberts, and I must say they are awesome rifles. You should do a video on the disassembly of this gun.

Cannot argue with the overview, I am a proud owner of the Ruger M77 MK2 stainless steel & synthetic stock with and aftermarket recoil pad fitted. It is a .338 winmag and I love it.

Bit bigger than a 270 and it has a 24inch barrel. A dam good rifle.

Reload a barnes TSX 225gr triple shock and a sierra 250 gr HPBT for the ruger and she has big bang for your buck.

it is possible to adapt individual parts of the Ruger M77 on / in a Mauser? trigger, bolt, savty, magazine ect ...

Hey guys I have a .270 I bought brand new. I paid $400 for it, I agree with the rest of you I love it and will never sell it. Im attempting to put a scope on it right now. I tried like hell putting a 50mm Simmons on it and never did work out. Im getting it ready for turtle hunting. Great video.

i have the same gun but it has different forearm and stock yet still synthetic and an amayzing gun in a .270 chamber

Love my M77s. Hardest part is deciding which one to use for deer. The .270, the .243, or the 30-06. 8)
