If that ball went 280 yards I'm a white man...lol. I swing at 101mph, use a Callaway Big Bertha Diablo 9 degree stiff shaft and can hit it 280-300. You'd be lucky to get 220 with that swing and that shaft. You may want to edit your yardage.

Regular shaft wold give you higher trajectory and more distance also would encourage a soft draw. I play with a Ping G5 with a prolauch blue 65 regular and I get a great ball flight

No 280, more like 220-250. I'm thirteen and hit on average 230 but can hit it 250.
