  • How about IT consultants ?

    Thanks

  • @singledad1234 I said Canada would not plunge to the depths that America will plunge.

if you think otherwise you don't have a clue.

That's not to say Canada won't be affected .

  • @dave777blaster theres no jobs..in ontaro,quebec all of the maritimes..and b.c..were worse off..then the states..

  • this guy is right...I am not into conspiracy theories either, but I can figure it out...the corporations which are ran by a small handful of people, also run the banks, the IMF, and own the natural resources etc...these people don't care who is poor and who is not it is like the staged economy in North America and as far as legitimate business we are in business for 18 years and now working 6 days a week to earn less than we use to in 5...

  • @singledad1234 are you Canadian?

  • @lucy9 hmmm maby I better refrace that do you have Canadian blood or some other race as your nationality!

  • Canada will not see anywhere near the depths the US economy has plunged to.

  • @dave777blaster

    Citation needed.

  • @dave777blaster It will eventually. Fiats always fail.

  • @YiuTeub Symptoms won't be as great but end result of the fiat fail is true.

  • If you go to the US securities and exchange commissions website and key in the corporation of canada, have a look at the financial statements. Our policies are in union with the US. Canada is incorporated in DC the head of the IMF. Buy gold/silver, farm land and stock food. It's going to get ugly.

  • When the US defaults, Canada will follow suit. If you look at the charts of Canadas trade you will see that 75% of our GDP is exported to the US. What does that mean for Canadians: it's not good. Our economy is so tied in to the US that we WILL devalue also.

  • can we please start saying "business people" instead of "business men"? Otherwise, great video.

  • I dont know about toronto but in the west we need workers. We have 200 rigs idle & looking for rig hands. WE need all kinds of trades for the oil patch. We need millwright electricians welders. People r retiring, we need pilots, nurses. We have a world to supply coal & oil & mineral to. We'll go up, we'll go down but we have a world to take care off. We have to feed the world we need 1000s of agricultural workers. WE dont have the population growth to fill our needs.

  • @EmotionKing YES THE BANK OF CANADA SHOULD CONTROL OUR MONEY!!!! lol

  • thanks 21stonefox, always nice when people appreciate the truth.

  • good job... you hit the nail on the head... we need change and we need it now... Occupy Toronto Oct. 15th... check out FB pages for Occupy Canada you can find great information and up and coming events... Stay Strong and be knowledge in this thing we call war

  • 60 bln wasted on "action plan" that is why can is still holding up. Once the money runs out Can is finished.

  • Should the Bank of Canada control our money not the private banks?

  • Is it a slow death for Canada economy

  • Peter schiff says CANADA will be fine but we will go through a slow down. Now it is jan 2011 and nothing has happened in Canada.

  • Well You are not a " real company " , you are a consultant and you produce nothing .

You look like a cheap 70's style hustler .

  • I do agree with your post. Funny thing is, I too am a consultant. I help foreign investors invest with confidence in South America, mostly Brazil. And yes, some of us do provide good and valuable services for our clients. But you must admit, there are many bad consultants out there, whose only interest is to get an upfront fee, and never do the job they were paid to do

Those are the ones I am bashing about

  • Only the people who take mainstream media for gospel are blind to what is really going on in this country. The rest of us are starting to wake up.

As a consultant I understand that there are predatory firms out there who provide little or nothing for their fees. There are others however who add value to organizations. I have been providing educational services and value innovation strategies to companies who have prospered because of it. We are not all in the same bag.

    What do you do?

  • man you really dont like consultants huh, i dont blame you there ive never use a consulatant and never would,

most of us torontonians know that the crap will hit the fan sooner or later, houses are over inflated, household dept is at near record heights, etc etc..

you dont need a consultant to know that if you wana survive these troubled times pay off ur depts, dont borrow or buy anything u dont need, sell what you dont need and save ur money.

  • Now this is an interesting perspective. I never knew that:

The Canadian Economy is in trouble.

Consultants are the cause of the problem in the economy,

and the solution is..... leave the country ?

Got the feeling that the presenter was one of those "consultants" he was blaming for being the cause of the problem.

I only watched to the end to find the answer but it does not get any better.

Hope the next video is better, good luck

  • Good Lord.. :)
