actually not all wiccan's believe in summerland, some (like my aunt) believe in reincarnation, meaning the spirit comes back again in a new body usually with no memories of their past life. There's also a belief that reincarnation is just a form in which the spirit did not learn their life lesson and that is the reason they come back but that's not doesn't necessarily have to be the only reason.
