  • why are speed squats always 2 reps

  • you need to focus on the speed and drive , and you don't want to overload the CNS, they should be fairly simple, but can take alot out of you if done correctly

  • that dude is mad strong and that bar is mad strange

  • nice dynamic squats it seems like u know alot about powerlifting

  • I usually use a low box squat during DE squat day. I'm 6'2 1/2" and the height of my box is about 14 inches

  • love the acdc. dont know about all those contraptions.
