Energy sources without the need for fuel or energy input exist ,But the Oil coporations life depends on covering this up,Find a motor that needs no fuel or input at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,Let the revolution begin!
I dont care about the Ice caps They will melt no matter what we do at this point, what I care about is by the time I drive a car I dont want gas to be 50$ a gallon
my problem with global warming is this. Ask any weather man what factors go into predicting the weather and they will tell you to many to name. It's not acurate enough for me to buy in hook line and sinker. And I do not believe Mr. I want to save the world, getting paid to lecture, whiler my 8 huge SUVS run out side the whole time Al Gore. That's as bad as protestors protesting Big Business then waiting in line at a Starbucks. Stupid is as stupid dose....Yet people still fall for it.
The globalists are the huge multi-national companies of the Chamber of Commerce. They enslave people around the world, engage in propaganda, and now want the American people to compete with .50/hr wages in China. The children will suffer because of their endless greed.
Love the clean, independent energy direction we are going in, and I'm glad that this administration listens to the strong consensus that the scientific community has about climate change. It's good not to have a bunch of oil company CEO's running things anymore.
Hey, do you remember the strong consensus that the scientific community had back in the 70's that we were headed toward another ice age in the near future due to the pollution released by the burning of fossil fuels reflecting the sunlight back into space?
I'm sorry, did we plummet into another ice age and I just forgot about it? Oh that's right the nearly unanimous opinion of the scientific community back in the 70s based on computer models not unlike the ones used to predict Global Warming was wrong. The fact is is that for the past 3000 years the earths climate has depended almost entirely on solar activity, not how much CO2 is in the atmosphere nor how much pollution is in it.
We've been on a warming trend for the past 300 years and are still actually below the average temperature for the past 3000 years. These computer models that are used to predict Global Cooling and Global Warming just don't take into effect solar activity. The amount of energy produced by the sun is not constant and the fluctuations in it's energy output like solar flares, lead directly to fluctuations in the earth's temperatures.
Even IF global warming is just a BS theory; the fact is that clean energy will not only help up create millions of jobs here in our motherland but it creates a sustainable energy for all Americans (and the world) to use. Even if our current carbon emissions aren't currently destroying our atmosphere now, how long do you really think that Earth can really withstand the stresses of an increasingly aggressive demand on energy by the new generations of people being born every year and every second?
It absolutely is the Federal Government's job to decide what direction the country goes in as far as energy is concerned. Dependence on oil threatens our national security, our economic security and our health. That's exactly when the government gets involved. The people are the government.
Have you read the constitution? Nowhere in the constitution does it authorize the government to deal with our health. And if you are worried about national and economic security, and I agree with you on that aspect, why doesn't our government want to drill for oil in the US, or use Nuclear Energy? We should be using all the forms of energy we have the resources to, which would reduce our economic and national dependence on foreign oil.
In Spain it was found that creating a green job eliminates 2.2 other jobs. These technologies will eventually find a way to profitability, but what the government is doing now is creating a green bubble, just like the tech bubble of 2000 it will eventually burst... and undoubtedly when this happens the socialists will scold all of those terrible eco-capitalists who were just trying to make money... *sigh*
because the clean energy initiative is just a front to control the subjects. hitler did the same thing. also sonic the hedge hog thinks man made climate change is bunk.
China is kicking our ass in every commercial field, including energy, were the U.S. used to dominate.
We as a country are way behind in innovation, mostly becouse of the "Far-Right's" ignorant and arrogant policies influenced by CEO's and self profit and not Scientist and general gain.
In just the last decade we have scene and learned about sunomis, disappearing polar ice, snow-less winters, super hurricanes...
Climate change bunk? well it sure isn't the climate I grew up in
I think there should be a plan to make ozone, or whatever is disappearing as a result of global warming. We need not only to gain clean energy, but to use ways to produce things to lower the global temperature
This isn't a problem of something disappearing. It is a problem of producing too much of a chemical. There are some ideas to produce things which block incoming sunlight but they are still being studied so they don't create unforeseen problems.
the ozone layer is disappearing because of cfc's or chlorofluorocarbons, if you are interested in alternative energy ideas go solar, check out my solar generator video or Youtube search Nikola Tesla.

Is that a gigantic plasma screen in the background? Aren't those things messing up the planet according to this administration? What hypocrisy!

Maybe, but if we're really trying to push energy reform I think this thing should have been filmed in candle light with a chalk board.

I agree with you on that aspect, but it is not the federal government's job to control how the people produce their energy, nor is it constitutional.
