When will a majority of minds realize, that an age of individuality is dead, when it comes to information? Accountability is a crock: each and every action and reaction, is accountable to itself. It's not a sum total to represent a "larger whole," i.e. an individual held responsible. That builds bias, prejudice, stereotypical and over-opinionated, decision-making.
Anonymity and net neutrality obviously are big signals for this. Scientific standards can be held universally.
@Professoranton It's not available in the UK unfortunately. I did a quick video on Tooltime's vid that I uploaded to Blip but never got around to sending it across to YT. It's at blip. tv forwardslash file forwardslash 4432612
I would like to think recent events might encourage the notion of responsibility and accountability, but I suspect it may all slide back into cover ups to get away with manipulation and dishonesty. The notion of power corrupting seems a generally accurate one unfortunately. It's a rare human who has it without believing they are above any ethical consideration.
Ice is often not transparent and can be a trap rather than a liberation. Get stuck under it and theres no way out.
If people lived like that, lying would be pointless because no one's ashamed of what they do.
