  • Thinking of buying it, but dont really wanna spend that amount of money on something that just doesnt work.

  • @GiggsFanSite I am curious to know HOW you know it doesn't work if you don't have it?? I know for a fact that this program works IF you do it and follow the nutrition guide as to what to eat and how to fuel your body for maximum results. We can coach you along but only if you are all in!!!

  • @CoachMelissaH I never said i know it doesnt work, i didnt mean it literally doesnt work, i was just saying i dont want to waste money. (basically i wanted someone to clarify that it works.)

  • nice product placement in the hat... someone's payed

  • @DJahop I am an independent coach for Beachbody. It is my full-time job. I am the "Avon Lady" of at home fitness. I help people get into the best shape and reach their fitness goals. I am successful and I love it!!!!

  • Do you need to be in good physical condition before you can begin? What if you are a beginner?

  • Melissa,

I saw your post and wanted to know, I run marathons and don't want to put on a lot of bulk weight. Is Insanity right for me.

    Dale

  • @dalekeener I know I'm not Melissa, but insanity will NOT add any muscle mass. Its all cardio based, so all insanity will do is burn fat and tone your body.

  • Remember People Its Not What You Eat Its The Quantity You Eat Good Luck On Your Body transformation.

  • one question coach, i go to circuit training here in the uk, and i know it's all about what you do between workout sessions, your diet, and also your rest periods, but when you do mor ethan 30 seonds of high intensity training i mean i do it also for boxing, in the past i have, you start using muscle tissue dont you? and hence cardio for longer than a certain period isnt good? how do you stop yoru body form fatguing, sorry if i spelt that wrong?

  • @blakasassin1 I went to your page and it said you are 30. So first are you 16 or 30? What you can do and it is free is get moving. Take it slow since you have asthma but you need to move. Whether you are 16 or 30 you need to walk around the block twice. Then come inside and do 10 push-ups on your knees. This will begin to build chest muscles and burn fat. Then do 20 crunches ~ build abs and burn fat. Then do standing lunges 10 on each leg ~ build up leg muscles and burn fat. Repeat this 3times

  • @CoachMelissaH im 16 but idk why my yt channel is set to 30 lol. thanks for the tips ill try these.

  • @CoachMelissaH Hi I'm 14 years old, I weigh 190lbs, and my height is 5"9. Can Insanity be right for me? I'm willing enough to take it, but my mom is still hesitant to buy it. If not, what is right for me?

  • @Grandtendo54321 I think Insanity is a great workout. It is very challenging so my guess is you will find it hard at first. Really hard but that is the point. You want to strive to be able to do it. I will help coach you through this workout (for free). I will also give you an extra 20 minute Insanity workout that does not come with the normal program you see on tv. To get this extra free workout when you order insanity go to MonsterHomeFitness webpage and click on Insanity. Talk soon!!

  • @CoachMelissaH Thanks, but I think I'll buy P90X. That still works right?

  • @Grandtendo54321 don't worry i'm 22 at 107lbs n 5"2 n trust me at ur age n height it'll be normal to have those numbers insanity will be good for u my father who's in his 50's n is 195lbs at 6"0 is doing it and it's good for him just do it at ur own pace n let ur mom know it's perfectly fine just eat right along with workingout and you'll be ok just like the rest of us Insanity ppl :D

  • im on my 2nd to last week =o

  • @KenAkaTheWG Way to go! How are you feeling on Insanity?? Connect with me on facebook as well Melissa Hudgens. I post fitness tips and recipes.

  • @CoachMelissaH thank you.. i hated the first week for both months xD but by the 2nd week its a little less bad xD and the 3rd and 4th week you hardly complain about how hard it is =p i dont have a 6 pack yet =( but my abs are def a lot harder i went from like 174 to now 162 lbs..but i havnt been following the nutrition guide...next round of insanity im going to though.. i think by the end of my 2nd time of doing insanity ill have a 6 pack atleast ;) =p

  • does the insanity workout really work like are the results typical for everyone or just the people in the videos? would i lose weight if i'm normal weight but still have some extra fat on me? and i read it eats your muscle, would it not tone me up?

  • @ilovieyou Hi, what did you decide to do? Did you order Insanity?? I also know of another really great workout program that builds lean muscles and burns fat. Message me and I will let you know what it is. I love it.

  • @ilovieyou i'm doing insanity myself and im no pro and its def a workout routine you have to stay dedicated to it really does work i've already lost 20lbs on my own doing just normal running and lifting weights and stuff plus eating right but the insanity does make you tone like crazy already a ton of my shirts n pants dont fit bc they're too big it def does work try it out n work out @ ur own pace and you'll be sweating bullets just like the rest of insanity ppl :D

  • @MoreFreshFruit If you want to do this i suggest exercise a little bit before. The first time you do it it will make you sore as hell. But after like the 2nd or third time, it shouldnt be as bad. But trust me dude, this shit really kicks your butt!

  • Hey, can you tell me how long the workouts are. Im considering using this along with my p90x program,.

  • @Wolvve dude not a good idea. I did both p90x and Insanity, and if you do both at the same time you will over train yourself.

  • im 13 and i love to work out and try different stuff but since im only 13 do u think i should try this??

  • @pissylildevil97 Na, i'd drink my milk first, personally you got alot of years to grow if you work out hard now it will stun your growth believe me just stick to cardio. -just a suggestion

  • @pissylildevil97 did u ever try it? cuz im 13, 2

  • @pissylildevil97 I'd say you could surely try this work out routine. It wont stunt your growth or anything, it would be similar if you took up a sport at your school such as track, wrestling or soccer. Although running track might be a bit harder than doing insanity, doing this workout would be a good way to get your body in shape for any sports you might want to play.

  • should i just go in and start? i am a former cheerleader and i want my old bod back. i have 2 kids one is 2 the other is 1. i am 5-6 180lbs. i want 2 look better. i am looking at the workout...in my hands now...i dunno

  • im a bb coach and also a ace personal trainer why do they allow uncertified people be coaches ?

  • @marshafitness beach body coaches are there to offer support and guidance from their experiances. Although some do have more credentials than others. For example, my degrees are heavily based in psychology and biology..some are nutritionists and doctors, while others are very passionate about fitness.

  • ill kick ur butt or kiss it

  • What is a good alternative for the recovery formula? It's over priced, and I feel I can just get a cheaper supplement to do the same thing for cheaper.

  • @MoreFreshFruit just do it up I never ran before I started insanity. Im naturally built so that helped. You should be fine!

  • Im around 6'1 270 ibs. Im starting insanity this summer, with a goal weight of 200 by Xmas, and 190 by march...by the time im done, is it out of the ballpark to be around 240?

As for Body characteristics, i would say i was born to be husky, but im not a nutter ball...if that helps any.

    Any help would be appreciated!

  • Coach,

I just did the Fit test and I found it hard but with my work out experience I know I can do it, what should I do if I have any questions?

  • @oscarg83 Just email me. My husband and I have both completed Insanity. We are also full time Beachbody coaches and help people get the results they want from their workout programs. Just email me.

  • @MoreFreshFruit If you run at a good pace, then you are ready for Insanity. Remember you can always push pause on the remote. I would be happy to coach through this program, it is what I do for a living. No charge to you, Beachbody pays me. Just go to fitmomsclub . com and sign up for a free account. I can't wait to hear how you like this program. I just workout out with Shawn T last week in LA, he has an amazing body.

  • yea , insanity does that

  • thank you sagelord i appreciate the comment. OhSnaptitsJusDin i also appreciate your comment. Confidence is not my problem my weight is. I just want to drop this weight. Thanks alot both of you guys as well as Melissa

  • Hey, i am 291 pounds......i am 46% body fat....i am trying to lose weight....i own p90x but im wondering about insanity. My goal is to lose weight period. I have a church convention coming up and i want to wow people.......please let me know which one should i be using.

  • @blckman911 i would recommend insanity. its all cardio and plyo..it will lean you out for sure. p90x will build alot of muscle. It will help you lose weight but at 46% body fat i would go for the insanity. My friend has P90x and i have insanity so ive seen both. i was 275 at 19% but now im 258 at 15% in one month. got to eat clean though

  • @blckman911 use what you have instead of trying to do accomplish something with a gimmick. i can already tell that insanity is not for you.

  • Hey, i am 291 pounds......i am 46% body fat....i am trying to lose weight....i own p90x but im wondering about insanity. My goal is to lose weight period. I have a church convention coming up and i want to wow people.......please let me know which one should i be using.

  • @blckman911 i dnt have insanity, but i think id like it better than P90.

With P90 you'd need somee equipment that not many ppl have. so that was kinda gay..

But mainly, its not the product you should worry about. its your confidence!

Start shedding the pounds man! The dvd should be ur 2nd thing ur thinking bout.

  • I should be getting my Insanity stuff in soon. I'm worried because i'm overweight and out of shape. Will i be able to keep up? What should I do if I can't do any of the work outs at all? I'm nervous but excited. I just don't want to hurt myself in the process of getting in shape.

  • @krazy77grl do as much as you can and give ur self breaks...Im in my second month of insanity. I was in decent shape and it kicked my butt..but it will work and transform u. just work out as hard as you can and eat right. you will be happy. do ur best and wish you luck!!

  • I just got done with day 2 of my insanity workout. My body quits here and there, but I just hit rewind and get back to it. Insanity is no joke, and is for people who are determined, serious, and can commit to this type of program. P90X is a great workout, but in my opinion, Insanity really hits the spot better.

  • also another good thing is you dont need equipments.

  • I'm doing a 2nd round of p90x but tried the "pure cardio" of Insanity. Wow! 40 min. and it really kicked my ass! But I love it!

  • im in 7th grade im only doing the easy ones though but yeah i hate the work out... im dying here. i live in hwaii so its hoter than usual and ugh i hate it.. the warm ups arnt even warm ups!

  • You can get either one at monsterhomefitness and I will be able to coach you to success.

  • which is the best video to get insanity or hip hop abs which should i get first or should i just buy both?

  • @michellerose83 they are very different. Insanity is extreme fitness and hip hop abs are a good beginner fitness.

  • lol yea it kicked my ass too lolz i usually go halfway lol

  • how?

  • my whole crew team does insanity for our fitness, and its pretty awful. we are all pretty fit, but it kicks our butts :) i love it, though! feels so good after

  • What to go crew team! Where are you doing the workouts?? What kind of crew are you??

  • @CoachMelissaH Crew, like rowing? We do the workouts a few times a week and they are killer!

  • It is a challenging workout!

  • i just finished ordering INSANITY. I can only imagine what I'm in for. I used to do Tae Bo and the dude stopes every 30 seconds to talk and instruct. I guess Im kind of a masequist but, I love nonstopcardio with no rest. Will I be disappointed?

  • coachmelissa your right the warm up is so hard

  • would a guy of my size be able to do this without dying? I am not the most overweight person on earth but I am in no way the reccomended body weight. I am like 260 and want to get down to like 180-200. I played football and track so I am used to some torture but will I be able to survive this?

  • Yes, you can do this.

  • They are difficult but just commit to the workouts and press pause if you need to.

  • Order from the monsterhomefitness page and my husband will coach you to success. See his videos on this you tube channel.

  • would i get the same results if i did 15-20 minutes of the video throughout each day rather than the full thing at once ? i heard somewhere that working out throughout the day gets you in better shape

  • Hi Queen: Did you get my comments I posted on your you tube page???

  • nope i didnt, and its queens like queens Ny.. im not a queen! lol

  • just ordered hip hop abs; but after i saw this i want it :) so after a month with hip hop abs im goign to switch over to insanity;

yay for weight loss goals :)

  • How is the Hip Hop abs going??

  • i just got hip hop abs in the mail so on monday im starting the routines; but i've been watching what i eat and running. im down 10lbs .

  • I recently ordered the Insanity Delux package. I'm looking to reduce my body fat considerably (I'm currently at 16%), and tone up my body, especially the abdominal area. Do you guys think that this workout is ideal for my goals?

  • Yes, Insanity is mostly cardio with some weight resistance exercises. You will drop body fat if you also watch what you eat and eat only "clean" foods. Keep it fresh and high in protein. Let me know how you like the workouts.

  • For the people who did it , i was wandering if u need alot of room to do it, i leave town and work 24 days and off for 4 and the camp rooms are a little smaller than a normal bedroom

  • @sultaneid same here my room is like tiny and when i jump the whole house starts to shake lol

  • does it really work??

  • @SkorpiionXx It really works, I lost 33 pounds on it and I'm not done with the program, you have to push hard and eat clean, you will see the results!!

  • no i have not i am going to do it this time.

  • Keep up the good workouts!! I hope all is well.

  • Hi I have done Insanity an i loved it I was at 290lb now i an down to 240 I am going to be doing it one more time an i am going to put it all on youtube

  • GREAT JOB!!!! You can enter your results into Team Beachbody to win a contest for all your hard work. Have you checked that out??

  • So would you recommend doing Insanity and then p90x ? Because I have p90x and I'm thinking of getting Insanity to get the results I want. But I haven't started my p90x because I don't have it at the moment.

  • I thought the same thing I'll just lift weight's after but I was so spent I had no energy left to do anything but drink water and lot's of it this is my day 1 of the Insanity workout and it is hard I was dripping with in 5 min's.

  • P90X seems great. I want to build muscle while at the same time losing body fat (expecially abs).

So I'm thinking of geting Insanity Workout and just using my dumbells after.

  • hey its rachel from insanity, keep it up!!

  • Hey Rachel: I just did Plyo Cardio Circuit today with you in it. Wow that one still kicks my butt and I have done it several times now. Thanks for the encouragement. Melissa

  • im almost done with week 3 its sum crazzy shit

  • Comment removed

  • I just got Insanity yesterday and did the fit test today. WOW!! This workout is for real. I can't wait to attack the other videos in the routine even though I know it will kick my butt.

  • Finished first month and half through recovery. Insanty SHREDS body fat!!! I was at 14% before I started Insanity. I am already at 10%, and I still have 4 weeks left to go. I couldn't be happier. The workouts are KILLER. I have to mop the floor when I get done for all the sweat comming off me. I can't wait to see what the Max videos have to offer. I am ready to DIG DEEPER!!!!

  • Thanks for your review. How long is each video? Are you supposed to do one video each day?

  • Yes, I have completed a 90 day round of P90X and this has tons more cardio and the only weights you are using is your own body weight. This is perfect for someone who wants a challenging workout and no equipment. It is perfect for someone who travels for business because they can take the workouts with them and then just play them in their hotel room on their laptop and get in a great workout. The program comes with 10 workouts and a nutritional guide. I got mine just 2 days ago!!!

  • So if someone were looking for a workout that could considerably reduce one's body weight and get nicely toned, Insanity would be a good choice?

  • Yes :D

  • yeah, but this isnt for the light of heart. it if ridiculously hard, but the results are awesome. try this followed by p90x and you wont regret it

  • The sample DVD is harder than Plyometrics in P90X. But that doesn't mean it burns more calories. You get more time to let your heart rate drop in P90X Plyo but Insanity is relentless. Insanity is really hardcore and probably a good choice after doing P90X.

  • Have you tried P90X? How does it compare?

  • i've been doing P90X for like 2 years now. i love it and i actually just got done doing Plyometrics. i don't think anything can truly top it.... well that was until i heard of Insanity today. now i can't wait to try it but i'm a little scared by the promo.

  • Go for Insanity! If I can do it, so can you!!! :)

  • it is scary!

p90x plyometric got nothin on Insanity's MAXIMUM INterval Plyo

  • INSANITY is like P90X on SPEED. SERIOUSLY. THEY ARE DIFERENT THOUGH. P90X IS MORE ABOUT MUSCLE BUILDING WHILE INSANITY IS MORE ABOUT CARDIO AND CORE TRAINING. if you had to choose one get the INSANITY. both great workouts though

  • I completely agree that they are very different. I like them both but I think after one round (60 days) on Insanity, then you need to go back to a workout with resistance moves like P90X.

  • Well yeah. But for me i CANT get bigger. insanity has natural body resistance moves. i really only need insanity. im pretty fit. naturally muscular and i wanted something that would lean up all the muscles. but you know everyone is different and your probably right for 90% of america. i started 4 days ago with 6% body fat. cant wait to see how much my body fat has decreased. at the 60 days mark.

  • any less than 6 percent body fat is unhealthy my friend

  • Nicework! I was interested in Insanity too! It looks like an awesome work! Thanks for the info
