Paint.NET Tutorial - Picture in a Picture

How to put up a background then duplicate it with another picture? I click duplicate image then put up the background but if I open up another pic it will only show the 2nd pic...... please help -_-

@foreverkhin Go to the menu bar at the top and click image. Then click on Flatten. That blends all the layers into a single image. Then save

To rotate the image, select what you want to move, then click on the black arrow tool. Tiny circles will pop up around your selection. Then right click on one of those to rotate/tilt just a bit.
