I am so grateful that this hearing was available. As a member of the League of Women Voters, I will be explaining Prop 16 to voters. Being able to hear from the LAO, proponents and opponents, and the public as well as questions from committee memebers has been a rare experience for me, and will greatly increase my effectiveness as an explainer.
