I still have this game from when I was a kid 8 years ago, and I am still waiting for a sequel or anything like it this is the only fps game that made me think while playing and atleast try to be stealthy. and I absolutly love the soundtrack seriously I have no moey but if anybody knows where I can get the sheet music for it I want to play it .ps I play the trumpet but I don't care as long as I have some sheet music

@3elwoo I believe the instrument @ 0:00 to 0:53 is a french horn, and the instrument used @ 0:53 to 1:40 is a cello

There isn't going to be a Black 2 due to differences with EA. (i hate them.)

instead they are working on a "spiritual successor" called Bodycount.

Stuart black and many of the original developers of Black are working on it.

hopefully it will be as good or even better than the original.

@COD04MW In terms of marketing and graphics...Blackops wins. But in terms of action, unique style and destruction, Black wins hands down. Black's style of gameplay is "guns blazing" and "extreme fast action". If Black could be remade with todays technology (add blood, more detailed destruction, better graphics, multiplayer, better ragdolls and physics) but leave the gameplay and sounds the same, Black could have the potenssial to be the best FPS of this century. (Thats my opinion)

Not to burst anyones bubble, but as a huge follower and worshipper of Criterion Games there will probably not be a Black 2 for some time. There were some disputes because of EA and there idea of production management. Criterion Games wanted to have full production, but would allow publication by EA. EA turned down this offer. Black 2 was abandoned. Half of it was in the pre-alpha stages! Creators of black moved to Codemaster to make BodyCount (spiritual succesor of Black). opinion Black >OPS
