You want a good example of what destroying the world is, try watching one of those clips where Frieza blew up Planet Vegeta. THAT's destroying the world, where the entire planet blows up and the only thing remaining of its existance, if anything, is space dust or meteors.

They make Frieza, and even Sephiroth look like they're fighting with peashooters.

best FF villain ever...there's something real scary about him.
I typically use brute force throughout this fight. Edger, Sabin, Shadow & Cyan, chainsaw/drill, bumrush, throw->imp halberd, x-fight with offering, Kefka goes down so fast it's not even funny.
Locke because of he`s str. Mog because is High magic and because he was a perfect Dragon ( Dragon Moggle? Hell yeah! ) . Relm because she is overpowered in magic. Shadow because is just kick ass.
Played SNES ( odd official version ), PSX and GBA. SNES is the best. Why? Just one word: Sound. GBA have nice extra bosses ( 100 Trial, Emperor Dragon, Omega Weapon...) but the sound sucks a lot.

The problem is how you make your statements (the greatest villain is supposed to be Sephiroth), by who? You just sounded like the typical fanboy.
In terms of character development, Sephiroth has nothing to do with Kefka. There's a reason why Kefka, Luca Blight or Id are seen as incredible villains, why Sephiroth is the epitome of cliché.

Quick +Soul of Thamasa + Ultima = Overkill, 39995 DMG (more than half of his HP!) in 1 round - using only 1 character!
Quick + Master's scroll + Genji Glove + 2 Ultima weapons (it's possible in the GBA version, I have 4 at the moment) + high HP = Total annihilation, talk about 120-160.000 DMG / round! Two rounds of this, and even Omega Weapon's done for.

Locke because of he`s str. Mog because is High magic and because he was a perfect Dragon ( Dragon Moggle? Hell yeah! ) . Relm because she is overpowered in magic. Shadow because is just kick ass.

Played SNES ( odd official version ), PSX and GBA. SNES is the best. Why? Just one word: Sound. GBA have nice extra bosses ( 100 Trial, Emperor Dragon, Omega Weapon...) but the sound sucks a lot.

It's not smart to post something like that in a FF6 video. The problem with FF7 is not that it's a bad game, but it's insanely over rated to a point where is disgusting, that includes it's characters both heroes and villains. The problem is how you make your statements (the greatest villain is supposed to be Sephiroth), by who? You just sounded like the typical fanboy.
In terms of character development, Sephiroth has nothing to do with Kefka. There's a reason why Kefka, Luca Blight or Id are seen as incredible villains, why Sephiroth is the epitome of cliché.

Quick +Soul of Thamasa + Ultima = Overkill, 39995 DMG (more than half of his HP!) in 1 round - using only 1 character!
Quick + Master's scroll + Genji Glove + 2 Ultima weapons (it's possible in the GBA version, I have 4 at the moment) + high HP = Total annihilation, talk about 120-160.000 DMG / round! Two rounds of this, and even Omega Weapon's done for.
