It's a show (by revision 3 I think, it's a company sponsoring many internet shows like that..check out totally rad show) hosted by Alex Albrecht (from totally rad show) and Kevin Rose - who is the founder of digg . com (check it out if you don't know what it is) and in the show they round up some of the stories that has been dugg alot on digg . com....
