I agree with you in that it is very orthodox .... not so sure about how main stream it is in terms of widely practiced though. I took the liberty of sending this video to a jewish friend of mine who i think is moderately riligious (sabbath observing mizrahi living in france). He thought you were a member of a Qaraite community of some sort, and was not familiar with your method of prayer. I do still think this is the original way practiced by the israelites of old though, it makes sense.

Muhammad (pbuh) never brought a new religion, but a new sharia (Halakha). Every prophet (Rasool) brings new sharia, and it does not replaces the Islam, because Islam is more fundamental to sharia. It is submission to one and absolute creator of universe! Sharia can differ. Peace!

I'm surprised Muslims would say the Israelites lost the daily prayers (prostration etc.) According to the Quran, the generations that lost the daily prayers were after Jesus (Sura 19:1-59). From sura 19:1 to 58 many prophets were mentioned right up to Jesus. Then verse 59 says:
[19:59] AFTER THEM, He substituted generations who lost the Contact Prayers (Salat), and pursued their lusts. They will suffer the consequences.

No he is not a true beleiver, he can only be true beleiver until he beleives in Prophet Isa alayhis salam and Prophet mUhammed. He will not go to paraside until he beleives them, and until he becomes a Muslim. Otherwise he will go to hell. For you to say that he will go to paradise is kuffr, you should become Muslim again.

Hi, out of interest how can practices within a religion be ceased by its people and the religion overall not be considered corrupted? I don't know if "believe in" is the correct word to use with regard to the Mishna and Gemara. These two texts are not the same type of literature as the Torah. I believe in the Torah, and I accept the Mishna and the Gemara. But the Mishna and the Gemara are not texts which a prophet wrote down word for word. The Mishna and the Gemara are mainly legal texts, kind of like a Jewish parallel to Sharia.

In any case, in one of moslem prayers it is said that the believer must pray and ask blessings on Mohammad and his family but also on Abraham and his family. I agree with you in that it is very orthodox .... not so sure about how main stream it is in terms of widely practiced though. I took the liberty of sending this video to a jewish friend of mine who i think is moderately riligious (sabbath observing mizrahi living in france). He thought you were a member of a Qaraite community of some sort, and was not familiar with your method of prayer. I do still think this is the original way practiced by the israelites of old though, it makes sense.

I'm surprised Muslims would say the Israelites lost the daily prayers (prostration etc.) According to the Quran, the generations that lost the daily prayers were after Jesus (Sura 19:1-59). From sura 19:1 to 58 many prophets were mentioned right up to Jesus. Then verse 59 says:
[19:59] AFTER THEM, He substituted generations who lost the Contact Prayers (Salat), and pursued their lusts. They will suffer the consequences.

And we look more like the prophets; Moses,Jesus, Solomon, because they used to grow beards and dress like the sheikhs/imams. Allah means The God in Arabic, even christian arabs use that word. The Black Box was built by Abraham and Ishmael, so Ishmael can live there. Pagans used to keep idols there until Islam took over.

I agree, the term pollution is wrong and I don't know why a muslim would've said. It is a common knowledge (for us) that Ibrahim/Is'haaq/Yaqoob and the sons of Israel were muslims then... disobeyed etc, so the correct term is that we reminded to the jews their practices...

I don't know if "believe in" is the correct word to use with regard to the Mishna and Gemara. These two texts are not the same type of literature as the Torah. I believe in the Torah, and I accept the Mishna and the Gemara. But the Mishna and the Gemara are not texts which a prophet wrote down word for word. The Mishna and the Gemara are mainly legal texts, kind of like a Jewish parallel to Sharia.

i dont disagree with the prostration (salat). it has always been recommended for allah's servants. islam is the religion of god. it was the religion of abraham, moses, jesus, and muhammad. moses didnt practice judaism, he submitted to god (i.e islam)

I am sorry & sad to say that people are so hateful and racist towards us, our religion and our prophet. By insalting a prophet, you can't get any benifit other than being cused by God because you insalt his messenger. Lets stop this propaganda of saying Muslims hate jews and jews hate Muslims. Don't let the politics and politicians control our minds. Promote peace and justice and equal rights for all. STOP spreading wrong information and hate. However, People who call themselves Jews and Chistians following the scriptures don't have respect towards Islamic faith and its prophet. How do people say that they are doing good deeds? Does your religion teaches to be un respectful and do mischif on the earth? Y people develope & promote hate? I am Muslim & don't hate anyone but I see there has been hate towards me & my comments. We all will say bye to this earthly life so why shouldn't we be in peace and promote peace. Let God be the Judge.

I am a Muslim and I like your video. As a last revelation that was revealed to mankind known as the Holy Quran is an update of what went before. Moreover, Islam validates all the prophets and scriptures and both Jews and Christians are called people of the book. Muslims have respect towards all the prophets including prophet Moses peace be upon him and prophet Jesus peace be upon him. They not more than a prophet, they were eating, drinking, going to the bathroom etc and they were not god.

I think that the early followers of mohammod took many teachings from the talmud and torah. Over time arab scribes put it into writing and produced the quron then they called it islam and the followers of these teachings musalems. even if you read the quran 90% of mohammods sayings come from the doctrine of nazereans folowers of essenic schooling from qumran r. yeshua ben yosef morah tsadaq and r.yokhanan h'matbeel aka jesus and john the baptist

Omedyashar, those Muslims who told you that probably never read the Quran a day in their lives. Or if they did, they merely read it, but were too lazy to understand or ponder over it. As a Muslim, I'm embarrassed. Jesus prostrated before God. That was before the Quran, and it says so in the Quran.

I am an Ethiopian Jew who finds the claims of "those" people mystifying. Historically speaking Islam came into being in the 7th century and by that time Ethiopian Jews and Christians have been self-prostrating for centuries. It is VERY,VERY biblical. The most widely spoken Semitic languages 1. Arabic 2. Amharic 3. Hebrew all have the same root word for it. Segd, mesged or mesjed. Stop looking at Judaism and Christianity from a Western perspective. If only Christianity was not too Hellenized ...

Hello, you seem to know a lot. May be you have read Quran. As you said Allah restored the corrupted religions of Judasim and Christanity by Quran. Islam respects All the Prophets of Allah and allows no discrimination among them. As you also recognize this fact then why not accept Islam which in fact is total submission to God of Noah, Ibraham, Moses and Christ. In this way all your good deeds and intentions would be accepted and rewarded in the life hereafter.

Allah never said to follow other books and laws. Allah said I sent this Quran to you Muhammad confirming the scriptures which came before. Take you for guidance any other than the word of your lord? So if your speaking about Hadith they contradict the teachings of Quran, Wudu and prayers are in Quran. The Law of Muhammad as was The laws of Quran revealed to him.

Quran says that the righteous and believing christians jews and sabians who believe in qyamat the angels heaven and hell and work righteousness and believe in allahs oneness have their reward with their lord. You worded your sentence wrong. They dont have to follow Quran. They should only because Quran is the complete revelation and answers all questions, however just because they dont does not mean they fall out of the fold of submission to Allahs will.

I agree it will not benefit you as far as a clearer understanding of our purpose and our job in this world. However the gates of paradise are not closed to them, and they are not punished more than we are cause they are not Muslims. Islam is not a religion per say or organized if you will. Islam is submission. and the pillars of submission in the quran are different from those in the hadith. So i think Quran is more correct. if you testify and believe allahs one and b good.

A what? umm idk what that is but What I do know is the quran is the word of God, and he mentions many times that if we use any source for spiritual guidance besides the Quran than we are hypocrites. Quran was sent by God to all of mankind through Muhammad, and it is a source of guidance with none comparing to it. so If that is what a Quranist is than yes. The Quran is my guide and the sunnah of the prophet was the Quran. you follow the Quran than you follow Muhammad. the end.

@AlboDibran What you say about the Quran is true ... If the Hadith contradicts the Quran.. We might aswell do not follow it. Hadith was written 200 years or so after the death of Muhammad changes can be made to it to suit people's needs. In the Quran there are so symbolic and hidden messages. Those who read it blindly won't be able to find the TRUTH behind it all.

Their is a verse in the quran that says the quran is complete fully detailed and easy to understand. so if easy to understand than what hidden messages are in it? that is usually what makes it hard lol.

@AlboDibran The Quran is written in Semetic language like Arabic. During the time of prophet Muhammad, Poetry was flourishing.. Reading the Quran is like poetry some verses are direct and some are indirect but that does not stop me from saying it is 100% the word of God. The Quran is the Truth. But how people perceive to see its message is another story. What I'm trying to say is, you don't take everything literally in the Quran. Yes its easy to understand for those who actually can.

I agree 100 percent Quran is Gods word. but what do you mean dont take everything literally? give me a sort of example. cause as for my interpretation salah, zakah, ramazan, and pilgramage are all obligatory. or do you mean in like prophecy? cause i always those verses of gog and magog were about aliens since they come from a mirage which angels use to go through space lol.

I dunno whether I can give you an example. It may be hard for you to except. Interpreting God's words is a "fools paradise" where people thinks their interpretation is right and the others are wrong. To discuss about this topic you must be open minded or else you'll be lost.

I mean I never think my interpretation is right. that is why when i debate i always say in my interpretation, and only Allah knows. cause in the end of the day my life focus should be getting closer to Allah and working righteous deeds. thats my take on it.
