@screamingismyair it all depends on what you like. For metalcore Id get a metal muff, but if you have an rp 90, pick a good distortion, crank the bass and treble and drop the mids way down. Thanks for watching!

well i guess a peavey would make sense, cause i already have a peavey, though a Solid state so its not the same, yeah mesa boogie is used by metallica or maybe its randall. it would rock \m/

@rrgert4 I'd get a head and cabinet separate so you can buy new speakers if you have too. I got my head and cab used for 600$ Some amps are over 1000$ It all depends on what you want. Try some out!

@eddyboy409 Both pedals are an amaizing value. I don't know wich one you're thinking about buying, so I'll describe both. The metal muff has amaizing tones for metal and even rock if you mess with the EQ. The digitech has great distortion (not as good as the metal muff IMO, but close) and more effects then you can handle. Hope you like the one you buy!

@1wolf74 The metal muff is a heavy duty distortion pedal. I use the RP90 for clean playing. I still love the distortion on it. The're are videos on youtube that will show you how to make artificial harmonics. To make a good video, practice a lot (like I did) :) bye from Canada
