Im 16 and I cut myself, but I dont want to tell the people I know because recently my only two friends went through depressions and people found out my brother had cut before. I dont want to seem like I copy people. I first attempted suicide when I was 10. I was the school outcast and had no friends. Everyone still thinks it was an accident though. Over the years I've tried again and again 18 times. I am 0 days cut free. Youd think the long sleeves would give me away, but no one notices.
I have almost committed suicide 7 times last year, but I prayed and God helped me through it. Then just last month I started to feel suicidal again because everything in my life was falling apart, my girl friend was cheating on me, I couldn't do anything right, and I was constantly being yelled at. So I had the youth leaders at my church pray for me and to make a long story short God can do amazing things if you just believe in him.
Oh yeah and nice song choice. I really like this song and it is also by my favorite band! When I first heard about "To write love on her arms" I thought it was just t-shirt company, but like last week I figured out it was way more than that. I hate how people have to go through this stuff, if you stop and think, we are so lucky to have ll the stuff we have, food to eat, and a roof over our heads, while some people are kicked out of their houses, starved to death, and they usually have nothing.
My step brother commited suicide and it was heart wrenching......There were over 200 people at his funeral...that there was one of the life changing things that happened......the other was when my Best friend...my Aunty Aly passed away....that was the hardest ever... LIVE LIFE AND LOVE EVERY MOMENT BECAUSE YOU ARE IMPORTANT TO SOMEONE.
Just think about how many people would die inside because you died before they could tell you how they felt!!!! That's what my Aunty Aly would tell me everytime I felt like I wasn't worth it.

Im Megan and im 12. when i was 7 i was raped and thats the year my cousin killed him self. last year i began cutting i made it for a while. my parents beat me. my bf for a year and a half broke up with me. i dont remember much about that night i remember falling and waking in the hospital. i had carved his name into my arm. 11 days after my bday my best friend killed him self. 2 months later i was raped once more and i began cutting again. but i made it out. i finally quit completely.
