Keith Olbermann is biased in my opinion, but so is John Gibson. So where does John Gibson get off criticizing Keith when he's biased and works for a biased news network, Fox News?
If he really wants to be able to speak up about this and believes news shouldn't be biased, then he himself needs to follow that example and deliver news in that fashion. Also he should work at a news organization that isn't biased.
