Great video sis! I stopped using dr bonner's some months ago and BARELY use any other soaps. I learned from experience when I used those type shampoos I had to use more product to alleviate the dryness which lead to product buildup hence the cycle repeated itself. I also limited my ACV rinses to once a month if really needed as ACV is extremely acidic. My hair responds so much better now a days after learning this.

Wow I LOVE u gurly. I finally understand it now. I know my ph has been off. Yaay I'm so excited about this. Lol Gonna get me sum ph strips asap.
