  • How many acres per hour the machine can shred depends on amount of brush, crop type, tree spacing, etc. It can range from five to 15 acres per hour. The cost per hour is about $300, there is a lot of maintenance and consumable parts. Also, mobilization and demobilization requires a classs 8 lowboy truck with oversize permits.
