to answer the diference between the vw red colors: Flash red has more orange in it than tornado. Yes if they are not right next to each other the reds are hard to tell apart.
Upper intake mani is not ported or 2.9 clone. lower intake is gasket matched. exhaust manifold is gasket matched and polished. Again guys its not awd, its fwd its just the dyno in awd mode it links the two rollers so both spin. quick update though, i installed autotech 262 cams now its just under 200whp! woohoo. It pulls hard up to 4k rpm then it pulls like a small turbo. first time with cams on a vr6, if i knew the power cams gave i would have done them a looong time ago.

Sweeet, I have a corrado like yours- same color too! Xcept mine has the 92 stock bbs rims and bodykit(not the japanese type).And some mods that made a huge difference. Did you port out your intake manifold? do you have headers? aswell ?
what is the difference between tornado red and flash red? I've seen cars painted in each color hundreds of times, and I never can tell them apart (mine is tornado red). Are they just really close in appearance?
The wheels are TSW Apex 16x7 but are no longer availible. Tires are Toyo TR1's 205/45/16. At the time of the video it was on nuspeed sport springs with all the dead coils cut off. I would recomend a matched set though. I went through a pair of struts every year like that. Its on an H&R cup kit now with OE Long Beach wheels and it tucks the front tires 1/4" under the fender!
read the previous comments, its not awd its on a dyno that spins all the rollers even though the front wheels are the only ones driving the dyno. Its a 93 SLC 2.8l VR6, 10.5:1 compression with a chip and P+P head.
mods: Real CIA (down the fender,) no suitcase muffler, AMS chip, port+polished head, MKIV head gasket (10.5:1) thats it. I bought the car with the suitcase muffler removed.
I should, clear that AWD thing up. It's not AWD it's on an AWD dyno in AWD mode. They would not let me run in FWD mode because the exhaust will melt the fans.
ACTUALLY, it's Flash red like I said. Tornado red came on the G-60 Corrados, not SLC Corrados. Tornado red also came on MKII GLI's and I think 2004.5 GLI's.
