  • thats a sweet climbing truck

  • i was thinking about turning mine into a monster truck so its alittle faster at least say 20 mph and handle jumps and stuff. nothing really crazy would this build be good for that?

  • where did you buy the monster truck conversion medic

  • @Zibby722 its just different tires and shocks i believe

  • Whay.shocks are u useing in this truck

  • @grizzly2008j he says it in the video... ProLine PowerStroke shocks

  • i cant find the max amps battery u have in ur truck becuase i want all the things u want

  • fkin mormon ads

  • Where can i get tires, motor and weights?

  • Hi Medic,

    What is your gear ratio??

    Thanks crawlerboy

  • THE PERFECT, THE SUBLIME, THE ONE BEST BUILD VIDEO EVER

Full of Information and for sure GREAT FUN!!!!!

    Keep Up Medic

  • @djmedic im lookin to buy the axial scx10 trail honcho (trail ready) and just supe it up... now wen u went with the 2.2 powerstroke shocks i noticed it gave it a little more of a lift.. now wen doin that which i want to do does it affect the travel or stability ? and did you have to buy the aftermarket longer suspension links for the bigger shocks??? thanx bud

  • when u order a tire set how many come in with it

  • hey medic once again i did get the toyota thundra but! it was not really a good crawler and this honcho feels more like a beginers crawler and im going to get the shoks and a 55T brushed motor but is it good??? im getting this honcho soon so would need some guidelines and recomendations but im going to buy the rtr becuse its a bit cheaper or is the kit better quality???

  • you should see my flex... :D ill post a video of it soon!

  • that is one mean lookin machine!! do you reccomend getting a scx10? i drove a statium truck as a basher for a while but i got sick of it so im looking into scalers, and want to know if this is the way to go?

  • hi is that the stock motor?

  • Wht about the hobby gear from the first vid

  • When you go crawling turn the tire tread facing the other way, more grip

  • how much would this truck cost all together stock not upgraded inbox me plse.

  • how much would this truck cost all together

  • how much was everything together? and how long did it take to build all of it? ive been into crawling for a long time and i was also wandering if you might have any sugestions. thanks.

  • hey did you have to buy extended drive shafts seeing that you raised the length between the frame and the axial?

  • @comrad575 No you don't. But you might have issues with them coming apart every now and then. It's minor. I'm gonna switch to steel shafts.

  • Thats amazing dude!!! im soo jealous, and so r the 2 douches that disliked this!!(i didnt tho lol)

  • 2.2 isnt scale and looks bad in my opionin haha at my spellling and nice job on the build

  • @kawasakiman46 i dont understand comments like 2.2 isnt scale. Um.. yes it is. its 2.2 scale. Thats like saying a 1:1 scale with larger tires isnt scale. Yes it it! This is a MT conversion.. sure would have had a hard time doing a monster truck conversion with 1.9 tires ;)

  • @djmedic. what did you wrap the esc in.

  • Comment removed

  • @kawasakiman46 so my buddys mud truck with 66in tractor tires isnt scale its real i think so

  • hey DJ great truck i got a question does the trial ready axial honcho truck come with everything u need

  • @Firefighter1271 Everything but the charger & batteries :)

  • @djmedic2008 sweet thats going to be my next rig how much is the hole thing going to be around

  • how much did you pay for that spektrum controller in my local model shop i would have to pay £250!!!! please respond to this

  • @littletwoz1 $340 CAD

  • hey i was just wondering if you could take the time to help me out . i find this hobby interesting and would like to do it aswell

my question is... does the truck your working on come all in a package that i can buy or its peace by peace ?

and what site can i visit to buy ?

    thanks for your time ..

  • @Jacksonguitarlord it all comes in one package and you can find them on ebay and at your local hobby store but they are pretty expensive i have about $2500 in my ax10

  • how did you mount the winch?

  • Sorry for that im gona have a honco too

  • What waterproof ESC did you used

  • Hey Medic! if you could check my crappy vids of my Nanda crawler, and answer a question 4 me!

Q: Do you think it will work with 6cells (sub-C), 1,5v, 22000mAh batteries, and could you give me a estimation on how long i could run =)

It is two 55T's engines, one ESC, one 12kilogram servo in front, and a 8kilo in the back.

  • If weight was so important at the front, why use lipo? Is lipo that much better than Ni-XX that its still worthwhile?

  • whats better the honcho or the tr scx10?

  • is this one of your favourite trucks?

  • where did you get the winch

  • HEY were did you get the winch from?

  • hey how did u make it water proof ? can u show or link

  • looks stupid with the 1.9 tire on the back and 2.2 s all around

  • @kennysteez a 2.2 doesnt fit on the back. its pre-fitted for a 1.9.. its Micky Mouse emergency tire... not rated for more than 40mph

  • did u waterproof the esc

  • man that thing is sweet, i really want to build my own but ive never done one before and the soldering and wiring is scary lol me and electronics dont get along so well, the rest i think i could do

  • cool

  • Very inspiring, i'm going to make one! Where did you get those tribal decals for the sides of the body though?

  • Did getting the Proline Shocks require you to get longer drive shafts? my drive shafts seem too short for me to switch to the proline shocks

  • @rustler001 nope.. fit perfectly!

  • @djmedic2008 Im 14 and getting into cawling will this be a good kit for me??

  • yeah.. i wish to see scx10 together with thundra in some mud :D

  • SICK.

  • will a 3300 3 cell fit?

  • @MrMustanggt23 I have since upgraded to a 5300mah 3S! Works great.. runs for more than an hour!

  • i want that honcho!

  • I just had to come back and watch this vid again in anticipation of watching it in the mud. Im all hyped now. aaaaaaannnnndddddd ACTION!!

    John, Canada.

  • That looks badass

  • who do i have to kill to get that truck?? lol

  • Very nicly done man and the finish build was great not to mention the mental look of it ;-) thumbs up for this and the whole build.

  • Looks great MEDiC !! Just waiting for you to give it the MEDiC trail vid treatment :)

    AKA DIFFLOCK@UKRCRC

  • Looks great with 2.2s Aaron!

  • @JowettsKustomRC hey kev! thanks for having a look and commenting ! Everyone.. go check out Canadas #1 Scale and Rock crawling site... CrawlCanada*com There are some amazing builds there.. its where Medic hangs his hat!

  • im dying for a trail vid!! D:!!!! LOL!

  • i have a scx10 and the same rims, put the 6oz weights in the back too. it really helps, the reason being, when you are descending a hill because of all of your weight being in the front, it will flip over easier, go with the 6 oz, it makes a big difference, trust me!

  • @djmedic2008 bummmer, no room for modification? Regardless... gnarly looking truck. Watching these make me want to get into the RC racing, I'm strictly planes currently.

  • Im not really, "Rich" so is there some stuff i could subtract from this FULL build, to help with finances? like a cheaper remote and no winch, etc.

  • @alexbeast14 you bet bro.. RTR Axial Honcho is an affordable $350.. but you still need a battery for it

  • looks good with the lift kit!

  • I can't wait to see this truck in action, HD cameras and medic @ the wheel, oh yeah!

  • Want too see! this truck on the trails fast :)

  • Awesome build! I cant wait until the action vid... maybe a little mud involved... lol! Super job medic!

  • Are the tires not on backward? I've always thought that the chevron type tires should run in the opposite direction. Not trying to nit-pick, just curious. : )

  • @icecreamslick i think running the chevron tires backwards works better on rocks. this is more for mud and that kind of thing so running them forward is fine.

  • @djmedic2008 But didn't your sponsors donate the parts and so on mate?? if not i thought that was the whole point of having sponsors and why you mention there names every now and again plus what with there stickers on the build table and the 4x4 ;-)

  • @startazz You bet.. we all split the costs evenly :) I keep the truck for all the efforts, and posting on my channel

  • great build medic. that thing is awsome. cant wait for the run video. keep em coming.

  • Good work my friend that thing looks nice, can't wait to see it in action :)

  • i think i just jizzed

  • SEXYY

  • This truck is bitchin, hell yeah!

  • does the kit have more aluminum than the rtr version the only reason i would want to get the kit is because of more aluminum.other than that would have to sell a crawler to afford the rtr or the kit and the dx3r costs 300 bucks.it's crazy!!

  • I knew that Honcho will look great! Great job!

Waiting for a video of a test Offroad!

For me, Honcho is the best now on the market model for Offroad Trial!

  • how much have u put into this or do companies just sponsor u and give u the stuff for free? i was wanting something like your but i went on to eastridgehobbies added it all up and ot's almost like 600 bucks

  • I love it. And it still looks like a scale truck. You riealy acomplished in doing th mix and still staying on the scale side.

  • come on let see some action
